The drilling mud cleaner, also called desander
and desilter
assembly, mainly consists of three parts including desander, desilter and the
underflow shaker
screen. It can achieve separation of two stage with the hydrocyclone mounted
over the shale shaker. Compared with the independent desander and desilter, the
product has much higher working efficiency. Same as the shale shaker in
function, the equipment is designed rationally with compact structure, small
volume and powerful performance.
Vibration motor maintenance of mud cleaner:
(1) Clean dust on shell regularly.
(2) Before operating, the bolts must be checked to confirm whether there is
loose or not. Otherwise, we must screw bolts tight before running shaker.
(3) Inspect the cable, whether it is worn, held down, crushed, etc.
(4) The vibration motor should be under good lubrication during operation
motors before being fixed on shaker, the bearing is filled with SKF specific
lubricate grease, the temperature range is -40 ~ 200℃.

Vacuum degasser removing little invaded gas
Drilling fluids vacuum degasser actually is used to remove little
invaded gas in drilling mud. It will be set between shale shaker and mud
cleaner/desander.
Vacuum degasser separates the gas that migrates into the drilling fluids by the
function of vacuum pump and vacuum tubular tank. If the gases does not been
separated from the drilling fluids, it may cause well kicked, and increase the
total financial cost and timing cost of the drilling project. If there is no gas
migrating into the drilling fluids, the vacuum degasser would work as a big mud
agitator, to enhance the shearing rate of the drilling mud.
Features of Vacuum Degasser:
1. Water ring vacuum pump always remains isothermal state in operation and it is safe, reliable in inflammable and explosive gas suction.
2. Mud sprays onto the walls at a high spped and gas bubbles break completely with a satisfactory degassing efficiency
3. Master motor is biased to form a lower whole set center.
4. Belt transmitting avoids reducer mechanism complexity.
5. Gas-liquid separator avoids water/gas to be discharged simultaneously which makes gas outlet pipe always be smooth. At the same time, it can supply water for vaccum pump to save water consumption.
6. Suction pipe inserts into mud tank and can function as a heavy-power agitator in air.

Shale
shaker screen is wearing parts of the drilling fluid shale
shaker for the oilfield drilling mud system, mainly divided into
soft sieve shaker screen, sieve plate type shale shaker screen, frame plate type
shaker screen, wave shaker screen. Product characteristic is wear resistance,
wearability, rating of temperature, low cost, easy disassembly, conductivity
(powder) liquid, trapping (dreg) effect is good, etc.
The shaker screen is equipped on the basket of shale shaker, with three or four pieces screen panels, while the screen basket is driven by two sets of vibration motors which are mounted on the top of shale shaker with synchronization and contrary rotation. There exists one piece of eccentric block in the vibration motor. When motor works, the eccentric block also rotate. As there are two sets of vibration motors working synchronized, at some point, the vibration force that generated by the eccentric blocks is sum of these two blocks effect force. While at some point, the vibration force of motors would be zero.
The shaker screen is equipped on the basket of shale shaker, with three or four pieces screen panels, while the screen basket is driven by two sets of vibration motors which are mounted on the top of shale shaker with synchronization and contrary rotation. There exists one piece of eccentric block in the vibration motor. When motor works, the eccentric block also rotate. As there are two sets of vibration motors working synchronized, at some point, the vibration force that generated by the eccentric blocks is sum of these two blocks effect force. While at some point, the vibration force of motors would be zero.
