Three-phase centrifuge is commonly used in oil drilling work to separate the
oil rate from drilling solids. Three-phase decanter
centrifuge is the core solid
control equipment in the whole system. Today we will share more information
about KOSUN three-phase centrifuge.
Just as we all know that decanter centrifuge is the main equipment for a
whole solid
control system, even in the drilling waste management unit, we also need a
VFD decanter centrifuge (of course, cutting
dryer is also the core part one on drilling waste management). Three-phase
centrifuge is the core one for the whole oil recovery unit.
You will find necessary information about oil recovery unit in last post. We
did not mention the three-phase centrifuge in that post. In our design, KOSUN
three-phase centrifuge is a kind of solid control equipment used to separate the
mud, water and oil from the drilling solids. Comparing with traditional decanter
centrifuge, the most important function of the three-phase centrifuge is that it
could separate the oil from the drilling solids, while the traditional one just
could separate the mud and water.
Generally speaking, three-phase centrifuge is always used in huge solid
control system or the system like Oil Recovery Unit. The common feature of these
units is they are huge and complicated. At the same time, because of the high
technology needs and heavy difficult for design and manufacture, three-phase
centrifuge is the one with blooming and splendid.
Now the Oil Recovery Unit is assembling and is going to test, after we
finished the testing, the whole system will be shipped to Indonesia to start its
work and function. We are sure that the three-phase centrifuge will be doing an
amazing work in overseas.
