Vacuum degasser removing little invaded gas

Drilling fluids vacuum degasser actually is used to remove little invaded gas in drilling mud. It will be set between shale shaker and mud cleaner/desander. Vacuum degasser separates the gas that migrates into the drilling fluids by the function of vacuum pump and vacuum tubular tank. If the gases does not been separated from the drilling fluids, it may cause well kicked, and increase the total financial cost and timing cost of the drilling project. If there is no gas migrating into the drilling fluids, the vacuum degasser would work as a big mud agitator, to enhance the shearing rate of the drilling mud.

6. Suction pipe inserts into mud tank and can function as a heavy-power agitator in air.
