Shaker screen- Drilling shale shaker wearing part

Shale shaker screen is wearing parts of the drilling fluid shale shaker for the oilfield drilling mud system, mainly divided into soft sieve shaker screen, sieve plate type shale shaker screen, frame plate type shaker screen, wave shaker screen. Product characteristic is wear resistance, wearability, rating of temperature, low cost, easy disassembly, conductivity (powder) liquid, trapping (dreg) effect is good, etc.

The shaker screen is equipped on the basket of shale shaker, with three or four pieces screen panels, while the screen basket is driven by two sets of vibration motors which are mounted on the top of shale shaker with synchronization and contrary rotation. There exists one piece of eccentric block in the vibration motor. When motor works, the eccentric block also rotate. As there are two sets of vibration motors working synchronized, at some point, the vibration force that generated by the eccentric blocks is sum of these two blocks effect force. While at some point, the vibration force of motors would be zero.
