Three-in-one mud
cleaner, a combination of desander, desilter
and high efficient shale shaker, can further separate the smaller solid
particles left in the mud after primary treatment in shale shaker for a better
treatment in the following equipment. MD Mud Cleaner can serve as independent
equipment, or as spare equipment in parallel with first-stage solids
control equipment--shale shaker by mere application of its underflow
shaker.
Drilling fluids enters from the mud compartment under vacuum
degasser into desander via the force of its pump, flows into the compartment
under desander after treatment, accesses desilter by mud pump and then goes for
further treatment in decanter centrifuge through spillway trough afterwards.
The mud cleaner will be an ideal and then efficient cleaning gear for
two-level or three-level solid phase control associated with the drilling mud
because of its compact structure, tiny space occupation coupled with potent
functions. The mud cleaner is combined and configured by one to three greatly
wear-resistant polyurethanedesander hydrocyclone and eight to sixteen fairly
wear-resistant polyurethane desilter hydrocyclones. Diameters for its overflow
