Shale
shaker is utilized in many different industries, such as coal cleaning
plant, mining, petroleum drilling, and natural gas exploitation, etc. and the
shakers that are currently used in petroleum drilling were initially introduced
from the coal cleaning industry. It can remove the solids that is over 75μm
diameter.
As solids over this diameter is much harmful on the drilling fluids property.
They must be removed from the drilling mud at the first stage of solids control
system. And shale shaker with API 200 mesh (75μm) is designed and manufactured
basing on this principle.

7. Spare parts and consumables have been designed to ensure the lowest
replacement cost and long-term product durability.
8. Screen mesh is up to API standard. Also, replacement of pre-tensioned
composite screen is made easy using our wedge block technology with limited
downtime.
9. Leaving the useful bentonite & barite particles in suspension for
re-use, dramatically reducing disposal costs.
10. Ultra-tight seal between screen and screen bed eliminates solids buildup
and costly bypass of solids.
11. Electric control system is designed explosion-proof, conforming to the
standard of IEC ExdⅡBT4, thus creating safe operation environment.
12. By using readily available electrical components and standard fastening
assemblies, maintenance concerns are eliminated.
13. Deck angle adjusting device is reliable mechanical jack. Bilateral angle
can be adjusted from –1 to +5 degrees during operation.
14. All HEAVY shakers are available for integration with existing rig assets.
All shakers can be mounted two or three together on a common crosser for easier
transportation and installation.
